Using the app
Wrong Answer Journal is a study tool for LSAT Logical Reasoning. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully, not to abuse it (no scraping, automated load, security probing without permission), and not to upload content you don't have the right to upload.
Your content
You own everything you put into your journal. You give us only the limited permissions we need to store, display, sync, and (when you opt in) AI-analyze your entries on your behalf.
Account security
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us promptly at hello@wronganswerjournal.com.
Public shares
When you generate a share link for an entry, the contents of that entry become accessible to anyone with the link. You're responsible for what you choose to share. You can unshare an entry at any time.
Pricing and subscriptions
The app is currently free to use. If and when we introduce paid plans, the following terms will apply:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period.
- Refunds outside that are handled case-by-case at our discretion. We honor refunds required by your payment provider or by law (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period where it applies).
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your renewal.
- Your existing data remains accessible regardless of plan, including if you downgrade back to free.
No legal or test prep guarantees
We're a study aid, not a tutor or legal advisor. AI-generated explanations can be wrong. Use the app's output as a thinking partner, not as a final source of truth.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], [Your State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
